The different import statuses are described below:
File format failed
Allocated when there is a problem with the template file, such as an incorrect sheet name or column header.
No suppliers, contacts or sub-groups will be created or updated.
Import Successful
Allocated when the whole import is successful.
All suppliers, contacts and sub-groups will be created or updated.
Import Incomplete
Allocated when some import actions are successful and some have failed.
Suppliers, contacts and sub-groups not mentioned in the error messages will be created or updated.
Suppliers, contacts and sub-groups mentioned in the error messages will not be created or updated. These should be fixed and re-imported.
Import Failed
Allocated when none of the import actions are successful.
No suppliers, contacts or sub-groups will be created or updated.
All suppliers, contacts or sub-groups should be fixed and re-imported.
