Supplier search allows you to search for a supplier in the suppliers table. Supplier filters allow you to restrict the suppliers table to your selected attributes.
Supplier Search
The search will return:
- Supplier name
- Trading Name
- ERP ID
Supplier Filters
The filters available are:
Owned by me
- Filters the suppliers list to suppliers where the logged in user is listed as the Relationship Owner.
Auth. Status
- Filters the suppliers list by authorisation status.
- Includes any suppliers that have been "forced" to that status. See Authorisation Status.
+ Filters
- Allows you to choose a data point from the supplier profile as a filter.
- Any data point that uses a list (multi-select and single-select) may be selected. See Data Point Types.
- Data points that are part of a Sub-Group Templates will be displayed with the sub-group template name first.
- E.g Line 1 of the registered address would be shown as "Registered Address - Line 1". See Sub-Group Templates.
