Default Emails
1. Welcome To Canopy
Trigger: Sent on site creation or if a user is invited to the system
Recipient: Site creator or invited user
Contents: Contains a setup password link
2. Reset Password
Trigger: Sent after user selects reset password option on login screen or in user profile
Recipient: Owner of the email given at login or user profile
Contents: Contains a setup password link
3. Assigned As Relationship Owner
Trigger: Sent after a user has been assigned as the relationship owner of a supplier
Recipient: The user who has been assigned as relationship owner
Contents: Contains the assigned supplier's name and a link to the supplier's profile
4. Supplier Status Has Changed
Trigger: Sent after a supplier's authorisation status has changed
Recipient: The relationship owner of the supplier
Contents: Contains the assigned supplier's name, the new status and a link to the supplier's profile
5. Import Uploaded
Trigger: Sent after an import process has been completed
Recipient: The user who started the import process
Contents: Contains the import's status and a link to the import summary
6. Contract Renewal Date Approaching
Trigger: Sent when the renewal date of a contract reaches 30, 60 or 90 days
Recipient: The contract owner
Contents: Contains the supplier name, the contract type (if present), the number of days until the renewal date expires and a link to the contract in the supplier profile
7. Contract Renewal Date Reached
Trigger: Sent when the renewal date of a contract has been reached
Recipient: The contract owner
Contents: Contains the supplier name, the contract type (if present), the contract end date (if present) and a link to the contract in the supplier profile
