To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please include the following:
Your name and company name
So we know which account the issue relates to.A clear description of the problem
What were you doing? What did you expect to happen? What actually happened?The date and approximate time the issue occurred
Especially useful for tracing logs or data.A link to the relevant supplier or contract (if applicable)
Copy the URL from your address bar, or include the supplier/contract name.Screenshots or screen recordings (optional, but very helpful)
Include any error messages, what you clicked, or where things went wrong.
