Overview
The "Invite Supplier" feature allows you to send a form to supplier contacts, enabling them to enter their data directly into Canopy.
This feature is currently in beta and available at no extra cost. Pricing may change in the future - we’ll keep you informed.
Steps to Invite a Supplier
1. Navigate to Create Supplier:

From the Canopy dashboard, go to the Suppliers section and click "Create Supplier."

2. Enable the Invite Supplier Option:

Locate the "Invite Supplier" section, marked with a Beta label and an info icon.

Toggle the switch to True. The supplier contact form will slide down, and the "Create Supplier" button will change to "Create & Invite Supplier."

3. Complete the Supplier Contact Form:

Enter the supplier contact’s details in the form, which includes:

Mandatory Fields: First Name, Last Name, Email.

Optional Fields: Job Title, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Contact Role.

Review the two bullet points at the top of the form for context on the invitation process.

4. Submit or Cancel:

Click Create & Invite Supplier to validate mandatory fields and initiate the invite process.

If validation fails, error messages will display for missing or incorrect fields.

Click Cancel to return to the suppliers table without saving.

5. Verify the Invitation:

Upon successful submission, the supplier contact is created, connected to the supplier, and sent a "Supplier Welcome Email" for onboarding
