Overview
You can invite supplier contacts directly from a supplier’s profile in Canopy, using either the profile info bar or the options menu.
This feature is currently in beta and available at no extra cost. Pricing may change in the future - we’ll keep you informed.
Steps to Invite a Supplier
1. Access the Supplier Profile:

Navigate to the Suppliers section in Canopy and select the desired supplier profile.

2. Locate the Invite Option:

No Supplier Contacts Present: The "Invite Supplier" button appears in the supplier profile info bar at the top of their profile

Supplier Contacts Present: Click the options menu (three dots) on the supplier profile and select "Invite Supplier."

3. Open the Invite Panel:

Clicking either option opens the Invite Panel as a pop-up.

The panel includes:

Title
-
Tabs (if existing contacts exist):

Select Existing: Choose multiple existing contacts.

Invite New Contact: Add a new contact.

Default Behavior (no existing contacts):
-
Defaults to the "Invite New Contact" tab, with tabs hidden.

4. Select Existing Contacts (if applicable):

In the "Select Existing" tab, choose one or more contacts attached to the supplier.

Click Invite Supplier to send invites

5. Invite a New Contact:
-

In the "Invite New Contact" tab, complete the form:

Mandatory Fields: First Name, Last Name, Email.

Optional Fields: Job Title, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Contact Role.

Click Invite Supplier to send the invite per the Invite Process.
