Upload logos for the top bar, login, email, and favicon.
Set your brand colour with a picker or hex.
Choose a login background: solid colour, gradient, or image.
See changes instantly with live preview.
Restore defaults with one click.
File sizes and formats are checked for you.

Customer Email Templates (new)
Keep system emails on-brand and up to date.
See the full list of email templates.
Edit content and reset to default if you need to.
Preview before you save.
Email headers now pick up your brand colour and logo automatically.

Supplier tables (smarter sorting, cleaner layout)
Find what you need faster.
Click a column to sort A–Z or Z–A.
Sort by single-select, multi-select, yes/no, and acknowledgement fields.
Empty or invalid values fall to the end when sorting.
Row heights now adapt to longer content.
Large dropdowns show up to 20 options, with a prompt to search for more.

Getting started
Go to Settings → Branding. Click Edit, make your changes, and Save.
Go to Settings → Notifications to review, preview, and edit email templates.
In Suppliers, click a column header to sort. Use search when dropdowns are long.
What’s next
We’re expanding template controls and adding more branding touches across the app. You’ll see these roll out gradually, without disruption.
