Contracts Page Updates

Contract Statuses

• Contracts now have statuses that represent the urgency of the contract based on their renewal date and end date
• The contract statuses are:
  • 0-30 Days - 0-30 days until renewal date
  • 31-60 Days - 31-60 days until renewal date
  • 61-90 Days - 61-90 days until renewal date
  • Passed Renewal Date - The renewal date is in the past, the contract expiry date has not been reached or is not populated
  • Expired - The contract expiry date is in the past
• Each status has a matching icon
• Contracts that have a status show the status icon in the contracts table
• The status title and description are shown when hovering over an icon
• Contract statuses and status icons do not appear if the renewal date and end date have been deactivated in the data framework 

Status Filter Buttons

• The contracts page now has filter buttons at the top of the page
• There is a filter button for each contract status
• The filter button displays the number of contracts in each status
• When clicked, the table shows all contracts with the matching status
• Filter buttons do not appear if the renewal date and end date have been deactivated in the data framework 

Notifications Page

• There is a new notifications section in the settings page
• It contains a link to the knowledge centre that describes all notifications on the site
• The knowledge centre page can be found here
